Privacy Policy

Account data, billing data processed via Stripe (RankMeOff does not store card numbers), and usage data (submitted URLs, task history, API usage) needed to operate the Service.

To operate the task types you submit, to bill token usage, to send transactional email, and to maintain security and abuse prevention.

If you separately opt in during registration, we may also use your email address to send occasional product updates and offers. This choice is optional and is stored with the time you gave consent. You can change your preference by contacting Support from your account.

We use Stripe for payment processing, Google when you choose to connect Search Console, and standard email delivery and hosting infrastructure to operate the Service. We do not sell account or usage data.

If you connect Google Search Console, RankMeOff receives your Google account email, the Search Console properties available to that account, and URL Inspection results only when you request an inspection. We use this information to show which properties you can inspect and to return Google’s current indexed version evidence for a URL you select. RankMeOff does not request permission to submit URLs for indexing through this connection.

To keep your connection working, we store your account email and an encrypted Google refresh token. Inspection results are returned to you when requested; RankMeOff stores a daily request count for service limits, not the inspection result itself. Google data is not sold, used for advertising, or used to train generalized AI or machine-learning models. It is only processed to provide the feature you requested and operate its security and service limits. RankMeOff’s use of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

You can disconnect Google Search Console from Integrations at any time. Disconnecting deletes the saved Google account email and encrypted refresh token from RankMeOff; you can also revoke access in your Google Account settings. Our infrastructure providers process data only to host and operate RankMeOff.

Account and task data are retained for as long as your account is active, and for a limited period after closure as required for billing and legal records.

You can request access to or deletion of your account data by contacting support from within the dashboard.

We may update this policy from time to time; material changes will be reflected here with an updated effective date.
