Delete your RankMeOff account
You can delete your RankMeOff account and its data yourself at any time, from the website or the mobile app.
Sign in, open Settings, and choose Delete account under Security. Confirm with your password or a code we email you, then type DELETE.
Open Account, choose Delete account, and confirm the same way.
Email support@rankmeoff.com from the address on the account and ask for deletion. We confirm ownership before deleting.
Deleted: your email address, name, password, sessions, API keys, device notification tokens, domains, workspaces, support messages, submitted URLs and search evidence. Unused tokens are forfeited and in-progress tasks are stopped.
Kept, without your contact details: invoices, payments and the token ledger, because billing and tax law require us to keep financial records.
Use Export my data in Settings before deleting. Deletion cannot be undone.
